Apeiron

From mobygames:

Apeiron is a Russian game development studio. It was unofficially started by Vladimir Ufnarovskiy in 1999. He had worked on the global space strategy game Remember Tomorrow at SoftWarWare, but when the company ceased to exist due to financial matters, he started a new project on his own: the tactical strategy game E5.

He was soon joined by Dmitriy Ivashkin and Stanislav Simonov and together they formed the main development team. In May 2002 the game E5 was released on the internet. Russian publisher 1C Company expressed interest in the game and offered a contract for commercial development.

At the end of 2002, Apeiron was officially established and they released the tactical game Brigade E5: New Jagged Union in July 2005.

In 2007 the company employs about 20 people and completed the sequel 7.62 in August 2007.
