Trine Games

Trine Games was a wholly owned game development division of Trine Entertainment Ltd. and was located in India. The company was founded in June 2006 by the brothers Somil and Sangam Gupta.

On August 6th 2013, information surfaced that Trine Games laid off half of its staff without pay and the studio was closed. CEO Sangam Gupta reported that due to an agreement with two western companies, the company was facing restructuring and would continue operating at another location. Since then, the studio has yet to begin operating and it is completely closed for now.
