by Dhruin, 2006-10-02 00:15:00
Space gaming fan site Stargamer.net has posted an interview with Anatoly Subbotin from 1C, the Russian publisher whose portfolio includes Space Rangers 2 and Star Wolves 2. The conversation briefly touches on both those, including the revelation of plans to revisit the Space Rangers franchise down the track and this bit on Star Wolves 2:
What innovations are planned for the sequel to Star Wolves?

Anatoly Star Wolves 2 expands on the main ideas of the original game. One new feature is that you can move around the game universe freely, so progression isna "!t so linear. Also the game has new ships including the Mothership, improved fighters and ships built using alien technologies. There are new characters and mercenaries to join your team and a non-linear storyline with several ways to finish the game and dynamic missions as well.
