Age of Conan - Preview @ Voodoo Extreme

In terms of character progression, for the first four levels your primary concerns are learning how to play. At Level 5, you'll choose to become one of the four archetype classes (priest, soldier, rogue or mage). Also at Level 5, you can choose what Funcom calls your Prestige class, which is independent of your occupation and represents your social class (you can choose any of four Prestige classes no matter what your Occupational class is). The Prestige classes are Lord, Commander, Crafter and Master, and each brings a valuable skill aimed toward helping your guild.
