Consortium - Patch 1.15 Released

Well another week and Interdimensional Games once again posts information a new patch is now available for their kickstarter game Consortium. Here are the details.

Fixes doubling sub-titles issue

DX9Ex upgrade is now up for everyone (fixes alt-tabbing, etc), and the "Failed to create D3D device" issue that was introduced in v1.14.

Game balancing tweaks.
