Drox Operative - v0.924 Beta

We skipped a couple of Drox Operative beta patches but Soldak has now upped the game to v0.924. Word is "this patch adds bonus skills for high base crew points, adds damage bonuses/penalties for different damage/defense type combinations, and as usual fixes a bunch of small things".
