Players Need To Complete A Quest Before Owning A Home In Tamriel

Players need not worry; they just have to complete a tutorial quest in the Elder Scrolls Online Homestead DLC before they can buy a home, as per TrueAchievements. After which, they will be given a "modest" home, which is really just a room at the local inn.

The houses that the Homestead DLC will bring are inspired by the races in the Elder Scrolls Online. As can be seen in the trailer, there are homes for the Khajit, the Imprerial and more. These homes can be purchased by saving up in-game gold or by spending some Crowns, which can be bought using real money.
