The Dargon Festival page at the official Guild Wars site has been updated with some new information.

Taking place in and around the Shing Jea Monastery starting on June 30, 2006 at 7:00 GMT (Midnight PDT June 29) and running through July 5, 2006 at 7:00 GMT (Midnight PDT July 4), the Dragon Festival is an exclusive weekend event for Guild Wars Factions players.
