In this fantasy version of ancient China, you play a martial arts student who is hand picked by your master to restore order to the spirit realm. Your character gains experience by engaging in real-time hand-to-hand combat with a number of foes, both human and mythical. As your skills develop, you can customize your fighting style to improve your weapons and stances. Battles can be tricky, in part because the developers have made combat more challenging for this version, but also because you sometimes have to fight with the keyboard controls.
