Demonicon - TGC Insolvent?

It seems Das Schwarze Auge developers are falling left, right and centre.  Alrik sends in this German article that claims Demonicon developer The Games Company is insolvent.  You may recall TGC was formed when Carsten Strehse merged Silver Style (The Fall) with another company.  We don't know what this means for Demonicon at this point.
