Charisma
Charisma is use to influence the reaction that others
have on you. The higher the charisma the more positive the reaction
is.
Who should use it ?
All classes benefit equally from a higher charisma. Basically
a higher charisma makes more people talk to you and ensures that
less discussions end up in a fight. The question is how you want
to play the game and if a charismatic leader fits the bill.
The Nameless One
At the end of the page the table is given that indicates what the effect is of increasing the charisma. From this table you can see that adjustment to the reaction start at level 13.
The Nameless One starts out with a value of 9 for
the charisma parameter. Because there are a lot of parameters
that in my opinion are far more important than this one. I would
suggest not to increase it, but as stated before, this is your
game!
