Curst Underground

A dungeon (AR0708)

Barse will send you through the tunnel into the Curst underground. Here you can gain XP by killing the creatures that are all around. As this is a dungeon be aware that there are also traps. In the northern part of the area there is a Baatezu named Tek'elach. No need to kill him however you get a chance at that at a later time. If you are a godsman (with the token) then you can talk about the weapon they are constructing. There are also two black Abashai that do not attack you. If you want you can kill them for the XP though.

To kill a thief

View Larger ImageTo the south side of where you entered you meet Voorscha. He is a smuggler and he wants you to help him kill a Gehreleth and he will pay you for that. The Gehreleth, named Ghryst, is close by. You can talk to it but in the end it will attack you so kill it quickly (they are worth a lovely 14000XP). Go back to Voorscha and tell him you killed it. Voorscha does not want to pay up and attacks you, so kill him too. After killing him collect the goodies and move on.

The hermit

After you fought your way through the monsters you will locate a Hermit in the NE part of the area. He tells you the Deva is in the west somewhere. Here you can get some healing and rest if you want.
When you are finished head west to the next area.
